Position: IAS Auditor

Salary: 2000-2500 AZN

City: Baku


Candidate requirements:


Degree in accounting with CPA/ACCA or chartered accountancy equivalent is required, master's degree is preferred

- Min 3 years of accounting/auditing experience, preferably with one of the big 4;

- Experience in dealing with microfinance and/or financial organizations, oil related businesses is preferable;

- Good written and spoken English, Russian and Azeri;

- Proficient in MS office, good knowledge of professional software and the role and possibilities of IT in financial management and day-t-day operations;

- Personal integrity and loyalty to the Employer;

- Leadership skills - must be able to manage and train staff;

- Pleasant personality - easy to have around;

- Strong self-starter, able to perform tasks with minimal input;

- Experience in working with international organizations;

- Creative and independent thinker - can draw sound conclusions and form relevant recommendations;

- Exercises good judgment - knows what's important will do the right thing;

- Organized and attentive to details;

- Excellent analytical skills;

- Willingness to work across Azerbaijan and travel overseas.
